WHAT DOES SHE BELIEVE?
I believe in people first in the balance of the 3P’s – People, Product & Profit. Essentially, we are in a people business and the key to creative success is in the relationships and the partnerships we form. It is the talented and nice people we work with who make our industry special.
I believe we need to invest in and maximize the potential of all who work for JWT. By doing this, we will drive the best creative work from having the best people working across all departments to produce the best results for our clients.
WHO HAS SHE WORKED WITH?
I most recently spear-headed the McDonald’s Australia account, and have worked in Advertising for 10 years across a range of local and international clients, doing both Brand and retail campaigns across Travel & Tourism, Energy, Media, FMCG and Charitable sectors. The brands include McDonald’s, Sky TV, Meridian Energy, Freedom Air, Hasbro, Clorox, Schwarzkopf & Henkel, Durex, Roadshow Film Distribution, LG Mobile, Sydney Children’s Hospital and Cure Fore Life Foundation.
WHERE HAS SHE WORKED?
Before joining JWT mid 2008, I was on the Board for DDB Sydney and previously worked my way through the ranks of the DDB New Zealand office.
WHO INSPIRES HER?
Richard Branson for his vision and his determination to create challenger brands that have forever changed the global business landscape.
Lance Armstrong for turning adversity into an advantage; for defeating the odds; for being physically & mentally tough enough to not only to win once, but to repeatedly win.
